Scores of residents on Friday defied the night fall to host the Senator Orji Uzor Kalu as he paid the community a visit at the community situated along the newly constructed 2km Atani – Ihechiowa Road built by the Senate Chief Whip.
The Senate Chief Whip has expanded his tour to Arochukwu visiting wards 1, 2. 3 and Eleoha and made a final stop over at Ikwun ward. Speaking to the elated constituents, Kalu appreciated their patience explaining that the retinue of reception organised for him by other wards delayed his coming.
The former Governor, pointed out the newly constructed Atani- Ihechiowa Road as some of his achievements at the Senate , while assuring them that more projects will be executed.
Pastor Gabriel Nwankanna, a prominent community stakeholder, assured Kalu of their support for his reelection back to the Senate, he attested that the road has eased the suffering of the community.
