Mother Excellency, Elder Chief Mrs Eunice Uzor Kalu Commiserates with the Family of Late Soun of Ogbomosho Land. She describes him as a Nation Builder.

The mother of the former Governor of Abia State and Chief Whip of the Senate, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu has lamented the death of the Soun of Ogbomosholand, Oba Oladunni Oyewunmi Ajagungbade and said it is a great loss to the entire country.

Portraying the late ruler as a bodiment of peace, harmony and modesty, Elder Chief Mrs Eunice Uzor Kalu recognized the commitments and the selfless contributions of Oba Oyewumi to the country.
The mother of The former Governor described the late Soun as a pacesetter and an examplary vissionary Leader worthy of emulation, adding that the late ruler was frank, charitable, unassuming and bold.
Elder Chief Mrs Eunice Uzor Kalu, sennt her heart felt condolences to people of Ogbomoso land particularly to Prince Kunle Oyewumi and the entire royal family.

Her condolence message reads, “Kunle, I received the sad news of the demise of the Soun of Ogbomosho land, your loving father Oba (Dr.) Oladunni Oyewumi Ajagungbade III, who passed on at 95 years old with overwhelming shock and sadness.
Your father was kind, compassionate and a great nation builder who always stressed on the peace and unity of Nigeria.

He accommodated people from other ethnic groups and made them to feel at home in Ogbomosho. He was very humble and unassuming and these qualities he imparted to children and the Kingdom at large.

The late royal father, was highly esteemed all over the country for his unique and examplary leadership qualities. “He was a compassionate father- general who catered for the needs of the less privileged. For sure it’s an incredible loss to the whole country at large.

We will surely miss his fatherly advise and role
My prayer is that the Almighty God grant his entire household, Ogbomosho land and the entire country the fortitude to bear this great loss. May his gentle soul finds rest in the blossom of lord. she also wishes the Royal Father Aljanna Fridaus.
