Zulum gives N13.9m
cheque and a car to a doctor from Ogun state who risked his life during the height of Boko Haram insurgency in Mongono to treat the residents in the General Hospital. Dr Isah Akinbode who was once abducted by Boko Haram, served Borno for 22 years as a doctor.
